Driver/Field Service Technician

Allied Pump Rentals is looking for a Driver/Field Service Technician in the Cincinnati area. We are looking for someone to meet the needs of our customers by ensuring all pumping equipment and accessories are delivered or picked up in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Ensures equipment being delivered and/or picked up is loaded on the truck safe for over-the-road travel. Reviews all items being delivered or picked up with the customer to ensure completeness and accuracy. Performs daily visual inspections of deliver equipment and documents and service needs. Maintains current and accurate mileage and fuel log books as required. Assists in the setup of pumping equipment. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional overnight travel. Required to understand and follow all company and OSHA/MSHA safety policies and procedures. Full Time Position.

Job Requirements: Basic mechanical ability and working knowledge of power tools, hand tools and diesel powered equipment. General knowledge of electrical wiring systems (240 to 460 Volts) preferred. Good sense of direction and ability to read a map. Basic reading and mathematical skills. Legible handwriting. Ability to communicate clearly on a two-way radio transmitter.

Physical Requirements: Daily handling of pumps and pumping equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lb. frequently on a daily basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend and squat. Ability to push and pull. Ability to twist and reach overhead. Ability to grasp and squeeze. Includes, at times, working in elevated locations and confined spaces. Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing and a clean motor vehicle record are mandatory.

License/Special Training: Minimum of Class B Commercial Driver License; Class A preferred. OSHA training is provided.



Electrical Service Technician

Allied Technical Services, Inc. is looking for an Electrical Service Technician in the Cincinnati area. We are looking for someone to troubleshoot basic relay ladder logic of pump control systems. Proficient with working with three phase, 240 Volt and 480 V services. Ability to work well with others as well as be able to work with litle or no supervision. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional overnight travel. Required to understand and follow all company and OSHA/MSHA safety policies and procedures. Full Time Position.

Job Requirements: Position may require heavy lifting, working in elevated locations and confined spaces. Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing and a clean motor vehicle record are mandatory. OSHA training is provided.



Mechanical Service Technician

Allied Technical Services, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Service Technician in the Cincinnati area. We are looking for someone to assemble, install, rebuild and repair piping systems in the water and wasterwater industry. Installation of pumps, base plates and discharge elbows. Equipment is installed to a high degree of professionalism. The use of mechinist's levels, alignment lasers and shaft alignment lasers will be involved. Welding skills are needed as well as basic electrical skills. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional overnight travel. Required to understand and follow all company and OSHA/MSHA safety policies and procedures. Full Time Position.
